Is the city a good place to hold conferences and conventions?

Yes. The city has many exciting venues for conferences, among others the Shaw Conference overlooking our beautiful river valley, the Winspear Centre, TELUS World of Science, the Royal Alberta Museum, the University of Alberta, and Grant MacEwan College.
