Can I stay and work in Edmonton once I’m done my degree?
Yes. Once you graduate from the University of Alberta, you are eligible to work for 3 years in Canada through the Post-graduate Work Program. However, if your program of study was less than 2 years in duration (but minimum 8 months) your work permit will be valid for the same duration as your program of study.
