This ride took place on a weekday morning in mid-May 2008.
The ride took me from our home In Capilano (Capilano is the neighbourhood above the southeast corner of the Capilano Bridge) to Groat Road & 107 Avenue with no stops!
The Route: 106 Ave / over Dawson Bridge / down Grierson Hill / over Low Level Bridge / up Scona Road / along Saskatchewan Dr. / down Queen Elizabeth Park Rd. / over Walterdale Bridge / along River Valley Rd. / up Groat Rd. / down Groat Rd. / River Valley Rd.
